Woofyful™ is the customer-facing brand of Neudach LLC, 1730 E Holly Ave #824, El Segundo, CA 90245 ("Woofyful," "we," "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit woofyful.com, place an order, upload a photo, sign up for emails, or contact us.
1. Information we collect, why, and who receives it

We do not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you. If a photo you upload shows a person, we use it only to make your product.
2. Service providers and other recipients
We disclose personal information to these vendors to run Woofyful. Service providers may use it only to provide services to us:
- Print and fulfillment partners: receive uploaded images, order details, and shipping name and address to produce and ship your order.
- Payment processors: handle card and payment data.
- Cloud image storage providers: store uploaded photos, previews, and finished-product images.
- Third-party image-editing service: processes uploaded photos, such as removing backgrounds, before printing.
- Shipping carriers.
- Email service providers (order emails and marketing emails).
- Website hosting providers.
- Analytics providers.
- Social media advertising partners (through advertising pixels on our site). See Section 4.
We may also disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
3. Your uploaded photos
- Fulfillment only, by default. We use your uploaded photos only to create previews, produce and ship your order, provide support for that order, and keep required records.
- Marketing and showcase use requires your separate opt-in. We will not feature your photo, your pet, or your finished product on our website, social media, ads, or reviews unless you check a separate, unchecked-by-default box (or give written permission). You can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing support@woofyful.com. We will stop new uses within 30 days. We cannot recall materials already printed or posts already shared by others.
- Order emails. Our order and shipping confirmation emails include a photo of your finished product. That image is sent to the email address on your order through our email provider.
- Background removal. Your photos are sent to a third-party image-editing service provider to prepare your design. That provider processes them under its own terms.
- No AI training by Woofyful. Woofyful does not use your uploaded photos to train or fine-tune its own artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. How our image-editing service provider treats images is governed by its own terms.
- Photos you submit to our gallery. If you submit photos through our Share Your Pup page, or tag us on social media and agree to be featured, that is your opt-in for showcase use. We use the name or handle you give us only to credit you.
- Storage and deletion. Photos are stored with our cloud image storage providers and deleted on the schedule in Section 1.
4. Cookies, pixels, and "selling" or "sharing"
We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, checkout, analytics, and, if you allow it, advertising. Our site uses advertising pixels from social media advertising partners. These tools can collect information such as your IP address, device identifiers, pages viewed, and purchase events, and send it to those partners to measure ads and show you Woofyful ads on other sites and apps, including social media platforms.
Under California law, disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising is "sharing," and some ad disclosures may count as "selling." In the past 12 months we may have sold or shared the following categories, through these pixels, with social media advertising partners: identifiers (such as IP address and cookie IDs), internet or network activity, commercial information (such as purchase events), and inferences. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.

5. Your choice: Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information:
- Click "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" in the site footer, or
- Turn on a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser or extension. We treat GPC as a valid opt-out request for that browser or device and disable social media advertising pixels.
- Or email support@woofyful.com with the subject "Do Not Sell or Share."
After you opt out, we disable the social media advertising pixels for your browser and wait at least 12 months before asking you to opt back in.
6. Do Not Track and third-party tracking
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for DNT, so our site does not currently respond to DNT signals. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described in Section 5.
Third parties, including our social media advertising partners and analytics providers, may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use our site, unless you opt out as described above.
7. Marketing emails
If you join our email list ("Join the Pack"), we will first send you a confirmation email. You're added to the list only after you click the confirmation link (double opt-in). After that, we send you marketing emails. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and our postal address. Unsubscribing doesn't stop order and shipping emails about purchases you make.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live (including California), you may have the right to:
- Know/access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and who we disclosed it to;
- Delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions (for example, records we must keep for taxes);
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of sale/sharing (Section 5);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right;
- Not be discriminated against for using these rights.
How to make a request: email support@woofyful.com. We will verify your request by matching information you give us (such as your email and an order number) with our records. You can use an authorized agent. We may ask for proof of the agent's authority and ask you to confirm your identity directly. We will confirm we received your request within 10 business days and respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you, and we may take up to 45 more days.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. Access to customer information is limited to what is needed to run the business. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. Children
Woofyful is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
When we update this policy, we change the "Last updated" date at the top. If changes are material, we will give notice on the site or by email before they take effect.
