Custom Product Policy
Woofyful stickers are personalized and custom-made from your uploaded photo. Because each order is custom-made, orders are generally final once production begins.
When We Can Replace or Refund
We will review and resolve issues caused by production or fulfillment errors, including damaged items, wrong items, or confirmed print defects. In those cases, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for buyer remorse, preference changes, ordering mistakes, or issues not caused by production or fulfillment. Once a custom order has entered production, it cannot be canceled.
How to Request Help
Submit requests within 14 days of delivery and include your order number plus clear photos of the issue. Email support@woofyful.com, and our team will review your case as quickly as possible.
