Woofyful is the customer-facing brand of Neudach LLC. By accessing our website, placing an order, uploading content, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These terms govern your use of Woofyful, including purchases of custom pet stickers and related products.
Orders and Pricing
Product availability, pricing, discounts, and shipping estimates may change at any time.
We reserve the right to cancel, refuse, or limit orders when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, product listing errors, pricing errors, or other issues that may affect order processing or fulfillment.
Artwork and Uploaded Content
You confirm that you own, control, or have permission to use any photos, names, images, and other content you upload to Woofyful.
By uploading content, you grant Woofyful permission to process, edit, preview, print, and use that content as needed to create your custom product, fulfill your order, provide customer support, and operate our services.
You agree not to upload content that infringes another person's rights, violates applicable law, contains harmful or abusive material, or is otherwise inappropriate for our services.
Custom Products and Final-Sale Terms
Woofyful products are custom-made and personalized. Because of this, all sales are generally final once production begins.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations for buyer remorse, ordering mistakes, preference changes, or incorrect uploaded photos after production has started.
If your order has a production defect, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us within the time period stated in our Refund Policy. We will review the issue and make it right when eligible under that policy.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates and may vary based on destination, production timing, carrier performance, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control.
We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help investigate missing, delayed, or damaged shipments when contacted.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Woofyful is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through our payment provider. Woofyful does not store full credit card numbers.
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and authorize the charge for your purchase, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, or fees shown at checkout.
Intellectual Property
All Woofyful branding, website content, product designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Neudach LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woofyful and Neudach LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of Woofyful after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
