Processing Time
Each Woofyful product (custom stickers, pillows, and ornaments) is made to order. Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days before shipment. During peak periods, processing can take longer.
Where We Ship
- Stickers, pillows, and ornaments: US addresses only. Checkout does not offer other countries.
- Gift cards: delivered by email; nothing is shipped.
Products in one checkout may ship in separate packages.

All products (stickers, pillows, and ornaments) ship free within the US. Checkout currently accepts US addresses only.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier performance. US deliveries typically arrive 2–5 business days after fulfillment. Checkout shows a single arrival date for that domestic window, not a range. Checkout currently accepts US addresses only.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. Tracking updates come from the shipping carrier. You can also check status on our Track Order page.
Delays & Lost Packages
Carrier delays can happen and are outside our direct control. If we can't ship your order within the time we stated, we'll let you know and give you the option to cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@woofyful.com and we'll help resolve it.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address carefully at checkout. Woofyful can't guarantee successful delivery for orders submitted with an incomplete or incorrect address.
